Tell us a little more about yourself!

I am originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania and got my bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University (We Are!) in 2021 for early childhood and elementary education. After graduation I moved to Arlington, Virginia to work as a 2nd grade teacher within the Manassas Park City school district. This will be my third year teaching, and third year in second grade. Being from Hershey I obviously love all things chocolate and candy and have the biggest sweet tooth, and I am also a part of the small group of people that prefers pineapple on their pizza. When I am not at school I would most likely be catching up with friends, being active in the gym and outdoors, or reading.
