Parent Observations
Westlawn provides an opportunity for parents to observe classroom instruction for 30 minutes, once a month, with a principal present during the entirety of the observation. Principal and parent meet beforehand for a 15 minute collaboration session to determine an area of focus for the observation as well as set expectations for conduct, and a 10-15 minute reflection session afterward. To schedule an opportunity to observe classroom instruction please contact Principal Hill. Times are scheduled by the school to ensure a minimal impact to student learning.
