What excites you most about joining the Westlawn community?

What excites me the most about joining the Westlawn community is the immediate feeling of being welcomed by the staff and families. I am excited to work with the staff and families to build strong relationships that last beyond a school year.

Tell us a little more about yourself!

I grew up in a Navy family, so I have lived in many places. My teaching career started on Maryland's Eastern Shore not far from Ocean City. I have taught 4th grade, 5th grade and STEAM. When I am not working you can find me Jazzercising, reading, going to the beach, visiting friends who don't live close and spending time with my family.
