Why do you love working at Westlawn? The kids are awesome! The staff love the community and the community loves the staff! My teammates and my students bring a smile to my face every day.

What media are you currently consuming? I am currently listening to the podcast American Scandal, specifically the season about the collapse of Enron. I’m reading a book called Songs of the Humpback Whale by Jodi Picoult. I made a resolution to read 1 book each month, and since I have already read all the books by my favorite author (Liane Moriarty) I am trying out adjacent authors. All recommendations are welcome! For music, I have been on a Taylor Swift and Nic D. binge. When I get a minute to sit and watch TV, I’m always catching up on Abbott Elementary (which everyone should be watching), and finally getting around to Parks and Rec about 15 years late.

What are your hobbies and interests? I enjoy being outside with my family: hiking, taking walks, bike rides, going to the beach and exploring new parks! I also am learning how to play piano, so I enjoy practicing.
